  • Yes. If you have coverage for chiropractic care, our orthotics are prescribed by a chiropractor. In addition, our chiropractor can also provide you with any additional information your insurance company might need, such as a referral or a biomechanical assessment.

  • There is no strict timeline for the life of orthotics; it is largely dependent on how often you use them and on the scope of the issues in your feet. Generally speaking, however, custom orthotics last anywhere from 3 – 5 years. If you experience an increase in pain or discomfort after having orthotics for a long time, it may be time to replace them.

Once your orthotics arrive at the clinic, our admin team will reach out to schedule a fitting. The cost of the fitting is included in the cost of the orthotics.
