Reiki: Simple Tools for Releasing Your Day

This workshop is specifically designed for individuals who are new to exploring how we can hold other people's energy within our emotional and energetic fields. During our day-to-day interactions with other people, co-workers, and friends, we can absorb heavy or dense emotions that can become stuck within us. Each story that we hear carries waves of energy, and without proper understanding and knowledge of clearing techniques, we can end up carrying this energy with us for days or even weeks. Tracy, an experienced empowerment coach and Reiki Master, teaches the power of intention and spoken word in a safe and effective way.
