Meet Our Associate Therapists
All of our Associate Therapists have completed their Master’s degree coursework and are being supervised by a practicing therapist with a minimum of five years of practice. This is the final piece for them before being fully registered!
Manpreet (she/her)
As a teacher and businesswoman for many years, I developed important skills and perspectives, yet I struggled to balance work, wellness, and relationships. As I went through a life transition and became a therapist in training and a director for a non-profit focusing on South Asian mental health, I took the time to pause, practice self-compassion, and create goals that would lead to withstanding growth and wellness.
My priority is that you feel heard and empowered in a calm, compassionate, culturally competent, and anti-oppressive space. I hope to collaborate with you as we delve into your concerns, identify your strengths and resources, set short- and long-term goals, and ultimately build skills that will maintain long lasting positive change.
