Wellness is a lifetime practice. My vision is that through offering attuned connection and restorative touch we restore our nature.

A former actress and dancer, I have been in the wellness industry for most of my life, receiving my first degree in reiki when I was only 11 years old. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and taught since 2012. I teach across Canada, the UK, and France, and I hold several certifications, including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, & Yoga Nidra, along with Mindfulness and Meditation. Yoga led me to study Ayurveda, and the incredible benefits it offers to our daily and seasonal routines. I have been on both sides of the practioner/client relationship, having experienced bouts of chronic and recurrent pain throughout my life. Having gone through my own searching for modalities that would provide relief, this has made me deeply passionate about reciprocity and caring for others on their healing journey. It has fueled a fascination with the nervous system, which I believe it is the gateway to our mental and physical wellbeing. When we feel safe and seen, real integrated healing can happen...and stick. Through Ayurvedic head massage, I seek to attune the nervous system for your overall wellness. Relaxation and rest are key to a well balanced life.

  • Currently, Ayurvedic practices are not yet acknowledged by insurance providers, resulting in the treatment not being covered. Nonetheless, Ayurvedic head massage provides a luxurious spa-like experience that transcends the ordinary—it is a therapeutic and profoundly holistic approach. The unique combination of hot oil therapy and massage applied to the body, face, and scalp sets it apart from conventional Western massage practices. Scalp and face massage are uncommon in Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) sessions, elevating Ayurvedic Head Massage to an exceptional standalone treatment and a wonderful complementary option for continued wellness.
